Virtual Personal Training
Personal Training in your home!
With Virtual Personal Training, you will utilize the virtual training portal to complete trainer lead, custom workouts via online stream. We currently offer 30 minute sessions, that will help push you passed any regular workout intensity! This requires a device with a camera (phone or laptop), as well as decent internet speed (>5MB/s).
Your coach will write you a personalized workout routine. They will then lead your through the workout, correcting form and providing feedback. They will utilize any workout equipment you have available! Clients typically utilize 1-3 training sessions per week to compliment their current program’s exercise regimen.
